My daughter April Douglas used just fab to purchase some shoes and she didn't realise that she signed up into an account the sum of 35. 00 has been coming out of my account since 15th December 2014 and this didn't come to my attention till just recently the customer Id of the account is 116170015 I did contact just fab and was informed that I needed to send an email regarding this matter can you please help me with this as at the time my daughter was only 16 years old Regards d Douglas.

To whom this may concern, I am not happy with your company, because you do not make it clear about the fact of having £35 taken out of my account with out my knowledge on two seperated months equating to £70, this has left me with no money in my account which I was relying on, so because of the fact of what I have now been told. Ordered two pairs if shoes as a VIP member two weeks ago. Two days after placing the order, I got an email to say, they will be a delay with the delivery due to moving warehouse from Germany to the Netherlands. No mention of this on the website before placing my order. First disappointment cos I couldn't have them for my birthday. I emailed a couple of times to find out when they would be despatched and only got my tracking number two days ago, which wasn't recognised by Hermes. So I called "just fab" and was told to try a different link, but not only that, only one pair of shoes was sent out, the other was sold out??No mention of this in any of the other emails. Not to worry, I was refunded £35 into my basket to use later, oh no hang on. £17. 50, wait. We only deducted £17. 50 from your bank account. Which one is it? So I checked. And no full refund, no partial refund, no credit. So I phoned "just(not so) fab" again. Apparently an error occurred (really??) and a partial refund was made only then. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and even a 20% discount of my next order couldn't tempt me to order with this company again. Never again, lesson learned.

Recently ordered boots on 11/10/2016, intention was to use the credit I have on my account of £35. 00 as I failed to skip to order this month and the total cost of my boots is £42. 95. Sadly when you were processing the cost you took the whole £42. 95 from my account instead of taking £7. 95 as I already have £35. 00 with you and I fail to understand how can you make such a mistake and honestly am mot impressed.
